My Creative Portfolio

You’ll find a useful summary below of the kind of work I have done and am doing at the moment.

Multi-Platform Concept, Creative and Production – The Axis of Awesome

My longest-standing creative enterprise is comedy rock band The Axis of Awesome, which will be 10 years old in 2016. In this time we have produced 6 albums, countless music videos, and a niche but groundbreaking interactive web series. In the process we’ve achieved hundreds of millions of social media hits, expanded our social media following into the hundreds of thousands and used this to promote our international touring, creative, advertising and merchandise empire. My role in this multi-platform enterprise is Frontwoman, Creative Director and Showrunner.

Here below are some links to our online collateral. I maintain these sites and functions along with my bandmates/business partners.

YouTube (clips and web series collateral, subscribers)

ITunes and Spotify (albums and singles sales and streaming revenue)

Facebook, Twitter, Instagram  and Periscope (social media collateral, online streaming, tour dates and subscribers)

Below is our best known clip, the #4 Chords Song, which went viral in 2009 and is still regularly referenced online and in traditional media. It was most recently featured as part of the defense in the very confusing copyright infringement case between Robin Thicke and the family of Marvin Gaye.

Advertising – Traditional and Viral

I do award-winning concept, creative, writing and improvisational work on advertising campaigns – I have the ability to create and host viral campaigns reaching hundreds of thousands of subscribers in targeted categories via my social media channels.

Where contractual obligations permit, I’ve linked to some more recent clips below showing the performance work that I’ve done with big brands – both by myself and with my collaborators Lee Naimo and Benny Davis (The Axis of Awesome). For a full list of my ad work, or if you’d like to work with me, get in contact.
